We are looking to work with a rare kind of individual contributor: someone who can operate as both a principal engineer and a design leader, with the taste to shape the product and the range to build it.

We are only looking for the best. The bar is exceptionally high: clear thinking, real technical depth, strong product instinct, and the ability to move with ownership in a small, demanding environment. We only work in person in Tempe, Arizona.
